How do I claim my money back?

To claim your money back for the purchase of a promotional Love The Taste Vimto bottle or can, you will need to follow these simple steps:

  • Purchase a qualifying bottle or can of Vimto featuring the promotional ‘Love The Taste’ wording within the period 01.07.2025 to 30.09.2025
  • Visit our promotional website www.vimtolovethetaste.co.uk  and complete all required fields on our online claim form. Upload a photo of your promotional bottle or can, a photo of your receipt and tell us in no less than 15 words why you didn’t love the taste, then submit.
  • Once your claim has been processed you will receive your refund to the PayPal account linked to the email address you provided within 28 days.
  • All claims must be received by 31.10.2025

How much money do I get back for my claim?

You will receive a refund equalling the price you paid for one Vimto bottle or can, up to a maximum of £2.00 (Recommended Retail Price). Pricing is at the sole discretion of the retailer.

Where can I buy a promotional bottle or can?

Promotional bottles and cans of Vimto can be found online or instore at selected Asda, Morrisons, Sainsbury’s, Tesco, Ocado, Coop, Spar, Londis, Premier, Go-Local and independent stores nationwide, subject to availability. Promotional bottles or cans featuring a promotional ‘Love The Taste’ flash bought from any retailer are eligible for the promotion. 

Who can claim?

All claimants must be 16 years of age or over and a resident of England, Scotland and Wales only, with a PayPal linked to an English, Scottish or Welsh bank account. Claimants under 18 years must have permission from a guardian to make a claim.

When does the promotion start and finish?

The promotional period runs from 00.01 on 01.07.2025 until 23.59 on 30.09.2025. All claims must be submitted by 31.10.2025.

What happens if I don’t have my receipt?

Receipts are required for your claim to be deemed eligible. Unfortunately, without your receipt you will not be able to claim.

How many claims can I make?

This promotion is to give you a chance to try and love our product! We will accept one claim of one bottle or can of Vimto per household.

My online claim form won’t submit, what should I do?

First ensure you have filled out all of the required fields marked with an asterisk (*). If you are still having issues, please contact us via email at customercare@vimto.co.uk
 

When will I receive my refund?

Providing you submit an eligible claim using our online form, your refund will be processed and paid via PayPal to an English, Scottish or Welsh bank account linked to the email provided as part of your claim within 28 days.

I don’t have a PayPal account, can I get my refund another way?

Unfortunately not, we use PayPal to protect your financial data, so you don’t have to share your bank details online. Without a PayPal account you will not be able to claim. If you don’t currently have a PayPal account, it’s quick and easy to set up an account. Follow these simple steps here. 

How do I know if my claim is valid?

You will receive email confirmation verifying whether or not your claim was successful within 7 days of submitting your online claim form.

My claim was rejected. Can I claim again?

If you received an email rejecting your claim, we will tell you the reason why. Please check the email for your rejection reason and then ensure the following details are correct before submitting another claim:

  • Your personal details are correct. 
  • You have purchased a qualifying Vimto product.
  • Your purchase is dated within the promotional period. 
  • No friends or family have already submitted a claim for this purchase using the same receipt or household address. 
  • You have uploaded an image of your receipt and qualifying Vimto product. 
  • Your receipt is not damaged, and the purchase date, price and product are visible. Please see our receipt upload guidelines for tips when taking a photo of your receipt.
